Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using solbowlz.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.

Products and Orders

Solbowlz sells custom-branded fresnel lens solar lighters on a wholesale basis. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Custom branding orders require design approval before production begins. Once production has started on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible. Lead times are estimates and may vary.

Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing displayed on the Site reflects wholesale rates for the quantities shown. Shipping costs are calculated separately and provided at the time of order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Solbowlz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

When submitting artwork or logos for custom branding, you represent that you have the right to use that artwork and grant Solbowlz permission to reproduce it on our products for your order.

Limitation of Liability

Solbowlz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
